Job Description and Requirements:

This position will be required to assess funding needs and analyze financial requirements and documentation related to IE Innovation and Technology management.  Tasks include, but are not limited to, providing quality reviews for all IE resource packages to ensure requirements are consistent and written to align with budgetary purposes and restrictions from a contractual and innovative perspective focusing on the modernization of the DISN Network and other IE Capabilities.

The contractor shall analyze and measure the probable effects of various acquisition strategies, planned acquisition schedules, performance attainment of scheduled events and written status reports to ensure that financial requirements, funding levels, Periods of Performance, etc. are aligned and consistent.

The contractor should have experience developing spend plans and processing funding packages with both appropriated (O&M, PROC, RDTE) as well as Defense Working Capital Funds (DWCF).

Additionally, the contractor shall review and comment on the accuracy and integrity of cost related documents, acquisition program baselines, and other acquisition and cost related documents.

The ideal candidate will have experience with DAI and CORAS, as well as familiarization with DISA. 

This position is currently 100% telework; however, applicant must be within 50-mile commuting distance of Ft. Meade, MD.

Applicant should have the ability to work with little to no supervision, be pro-active and able to communicate with technical experts.

Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Management.
