Senior Finance Manager-Workplace Services

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

As part of our team at Workplace Services, you will oversee financial aspects related to Workplace Services function including real estate operations, transactions, and investments. This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, risk management and some knowledge of real estate markets. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure sound financial decision-making and optimize the WPS organization’s service delivery and real estate portfolio.

Your Impact

• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and analysis processes for Workplace Services functional areas (Facilities, Construction and Services), including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze budget variances recommending options or corrective actions as needed.
• Develop financial models to provide strategic decision support.
• Develop and update relevant scorecard and reporting to evaluate and optimize investments in functional areas.
• Collaborate and partner with WPS Stakeholders and TJX Corporate finance teams on delivering timely and accurate financial analysis.
• Participate in negotiations for WPS functional areas as needed, but specifically in real estate acquisitions, dispositions etc.
• Monitor service vendors and property performance and assist functional leaders in evaluating and recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
• Partner with functional leaders and senior management to find opportunities for improvement and efficiency, and portfolio diversification and expansion.
• Communicate, collaborate, and present financial insights, opportunities, risk, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Develop methods for identifying new business opportunities from market data.
• Design, recommend, and makes decisions on data model structures, metrics, and performance measurements.
• Work closely with WPS team members and Capital Project Leads to ensure project controls.
• Manage financial accounting and reporting for WPS, team workload and supports team growth and talent development.
• Lead cross-functional project teams

Who We Are Looking For:You.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of financial experience.
• Strong excel and other database/analysis tools skills (PowerBI or similar)
• Proven experience in services industry finance, or real estate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills and providing decision support tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Diligent with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
