• Being a strong business partner providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Global Supply Chain Logistics Leaders to drive logistics operational performance, including setting direction on operational metrics, operational priorities, and strategic direction.
• Developing and driving end-to-end (E2E) processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support Global Supply Chain Logistics execution, tracking, mitigation plans and cost down to improve operations effectiveness.
• Building and enhancing market intelligence to communicate and drive understanding of external logistics market dynamics and expected impact on internal operations.
• Increasing visibility/analysis of the logistics spend drivers with active participation in the operating rhythm and collaboration with functional and business teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Developing understanding of impacts to logistics spend driven by sales volume, demand planning and supply planning dynamics.
• Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and compliance in Global Supply Chain Logistics Processes.
• Actively driving cost savings for logistics category by identifying/analyzing options, validating cost savings and supporting execution.
• Ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of logistics spend and drivers including volume, purchasing categories, and translating logistics savings to financial statement impact.
• Building the needed capabilities to forecast logistics spend.
• Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support weekly rhythms/updates, month end close activities, QORs/MREs, Annual Operating Plans and Strat Plans.
• Standardizing & automating logistics spend reporting and financial statement impacts.
• Supporting business transformation for ERP deployments relative to Logistics.
• Ensuring compliance to financial standards related to logistics.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance, or financial accounting in a private, public, government or military environment
• Three (3) years of experience in Logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain finance related roles

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Proven business finance manufacturing and supply chain operations expertise
• Expertise in global execution model design and governance
• Proven communication skills and ability to interact with and influence leaders at all levels
• Ability to define and deploy global strategies and operational rhythm for Logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain finance
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global team to develop/deploy/improve standards
• Strong principle-based coaching and collaboration skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
