Senior Facility Project Manager-NIKE IHM Inc., Beaverton, OR. Manage smaller to global size projects that assist in project identification and planning, recommending, and helping manage pool of contractors, consultants and suppliers while overseeing contract negotiations; collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, new technology, and project management and resourcing systems; assist in the execution of construction or renovation plans through Facilities Project Managers within time and budget specifications while adhering to the latest government regulations surrounding facility management; manage project teams that can range from Project Managers, outside vendors, engineers, Nike technology, and business stakeholders; maintain budgets including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding the deviations; develop and execute resource plans, communication plans, and define and execute risk management plans; oversee large-scale projects that coordinate multiple workstreams with strict milestones; procure project resources through a Request for Proposal (RFP) to achieve a Nike Standard Design; collaborate with Audio Visual (AV) integrators to adhere to project schedules with strict milestones; approach and communicate status to stakeholders effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors; manage changes against project schedule, scope, and cost, as well as lead the assessment of impact on the larger portfolio of projects; build partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries; and train and mentor lower level Project Managers or engineers. Telecommuting is available only in AZ, IL, MO, and OR.
Employer will accept a degree Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a management-related occupation.
Experience must include the following:
  • AutoCad;
  • Bluebeam;
  • Large Scale Project Management;
  • Program Management;
  • Lean and Agile principals and frameworks;
  • Contract and Vendor management;
  • Local. State, and Federal Code and Regulatory Standards;
  • Budget estimation and defense;
  • Building Construction concepts;
  • Fluid mechanics;
  • Equipment cell space planning and layouts;
  • Electrical one line drawings;
  • Piping, instrumentation, and device drawings; and
  • Electrical Safety Standards.
