Senior Event Manager

The Company
Our Client is a global luxury experiential agency and they are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team. This role is for those that thrive on taking creative challenges and ideas and translating them into unique and memorable experiences. The client delivers white glove, high-touch creative experiences for diverse clients across global brands, fashion, luxury, lifestyle and entertainment.
The Role
The Senior Event Manager is responsible for overseeing from end to end, a variety of experiential activations and events including product launches, fashion shows, activations and private celebrity and corporate engagements.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to brief, ideation, design, fabrication and event delivery
• Client relationship management and communications
• Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contracts
• Managing project budgets and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clients
• Contracting and managing suppliers including venues, audio visual, catering and technical staff
• Participating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm concepts
• Conducting site inspections and client presentations
• Reports into the Head of Events

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

• 7+ years experience within event production and event design, notably as a Producer or Event Manager in the experiential space. Experience working with luxury, lifestyle and high fashion brands, highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Excellent visual and creative eye for design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience managing and writing Client briefs
• Proven experience managing large event production budgets
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events and experiences
• A thorough understanding of permitting standards and procurement
• The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
• Local, interstate and international travel may be required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
