Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Senior Equipment Maintenance Tech(level D) based out of Helena, MT on 2nd shift.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance on factory equipment.
  • Develops and monitors preventative maintenance plans.
  • Performs complex troubleshooting, analysis, inspection, disassembly, rebuild, modification and testing of factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Uses, interprets and issues changes to blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Responds to and provides guidance related to routine and complex requests for equipment repair.
  • Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories.
  • Works under minimal supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals.
  • 3+ years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3 + years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems.
  • 3 + years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance.
  • 3 + years of experience working with suppliers.
  • Ability to take direction, multi-task, perform work safely and communicate in written and verbal form.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.)

Summary pay range: $57,800 - $78,200
