Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a dedicated professional to support the National Counterintelligence and Security Center's Enterprise Threat Mitigation Directorate (NCSC-ETD). Their role involves instructing and facilitating various Operations Security (OPSEC) courses, including analysis and program management. They also contribute to developing training exercises, curriculum updates, and collaborate with instructional designers to ensure current lesson plans while staying informed about IT training trends.

FLSA Status: Full-Time
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI + Counterintelligence Polygraph

Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Provides dedicated support to National Counterintelligence and Security Center's Enterprise Threat Mitigation Directorate (NCSC-ETD)
- Instructs and facilitates Operations Security (OPSEC) and Public Release Decisions (OPSE-1500), OPSEC Analysis (OPSE-2380), OPSEC Program Management (OPSE- 2390), OPSEC and the Internet (OPSE-3500), National Insider Threat Task Force Hub Operations Course.
- Assists with development and execution of Operations Security problem-based learning and tabletop exercises.
- Obtains information needed to prepare and update in-house training program and curriculum.
- Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across the organization.
- Works with ISDs to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
- Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply
- Current Top Secret/SCI
- Current CI Poly
- Masters Degree +10 years OR Bachelor's Degree +18 years.
