Position Summary
Plays a lead role in solving more challenging technical problems. Sets standards for the smooth operation and installation of Active Directory, O365 and Azure solutions. Has system-wide responsibility on complex projects and components. May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects. Assists with the transfer of knowledge of technical skills. Viewed as a Subject Matter Expert within the organization. Provides coaching to junior-level employees. Directs and manages the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with Active Directory, O365, Azure and MFA.
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
Provides timely resolution of complex problems or escalation to appropriate technical leaders Provides case status updates to IT infrastructure management Supports and maintains effective relationships with IT management Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures Ability to solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects Involved with the configuration and maintenance of physical and logical data network infrastructure components Accountable for meeting own target which will impact the discipline Accountable for own targets which will typically be definable but not always financially measurable The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks. Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Role typically requires 12+ years of experience
• Desired degree requirement: Bachelor Degree
• Desired Certification:
  • ITSM or ITIL
  • Microsoft MCSA or MCSE or SCCM
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Familiarity and expertise related to supporting information technology services offered to internal customers (users)
