POSITION SUMMARY

Senior level engineer responsible for directing and coordinating the discipline technical effort on multiple large projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordination of both smaller ($5M) and larger projects ($200M+).
• Engineer will be responsible to develop, approve and coordinate work schedules of junior engineers, designers, and drafters on a project to project basis and ensure that objectives of cost, quality and time are met.
• Engineer will be responsible to conduct upfront site visits, power systems analysis, project site plans, develop electrical equipment lists, motor load lists, drawing lists, manage projects as a lead Electrical Engineer and coordinate all startup/commissioning/testing activities.
• Engineer will be responsible to resolve major and minor technical issues with design, enforce project standards, and enforce code requirements on project.
• Engineer will be responsible to provide guidance on design and technical issues with subordinate engineers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum or equivalent and 10+ years experience. 
• Professional engineering registration is required
