What does this role look like?
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) System Integration and Test Engineer to work within the Military Support Programs. We are looking for you to perform EGSE designs and improvements, develop and approve test documentation, and oversee the execution of subsystem and system-level EGSE testing.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Document test results and test discrepancies.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts.
• Provides technical guidance to test team members on EGSE products.
• Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize EGSE test plans and test procedures that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Perform to functional and technical specifications and standards, aid in solutions for hardware/software interface problems, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem through test product execution.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with support organizations.
• Provide impromptu briefs of test status or discrepancies to customer representatives or program management.
Please note that this position will require on call support to a 24/7 test operations schedule.
Typical mins for this role:
• 5 - 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the area of automated test script development, debug, and execution.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or other Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with electronics products design, integration and/or test.
• Experience in the area of automated test script development, debug, and execution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired skills
• Ability to work with a team through the execution of established procedures and processes
• Experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, and Final Functional
• Experience with electrical test equipment such as bench top power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, signal generators
• Experience with Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) products.
• Experience in Space Vehicle Test Operations including the test. development process, test execution, data analysis, and anomaly resolution
• Strong background in power distribution, delivery, and controls
• Experience with RF
• Ability to read and interpret basic software scripts
• Familiarity with Automation Framework

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
