Job Purpose Summary
As a Senior EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Specialist,you are amember of the global Customer First Team based out of Westwood, MA andwill work with internal and external partners to support accurate, proper data exchanges within the organization and drive order volume through EDI platforms.
Youwill complete daily activities associated with EDI submission, transaction updating, error management and correction for various data-set transactions. They will participate in customer set-up and testing to observe and interpret data received.
What you will do
  • Perform as primary liaison between Corza EDI stakeholders and our EDI customers
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for inbound and outbound EDI transactions for activity within DMEDI and GHX platforms
  • Manage GHX GFax transactions including GFax document review to ensure accurate set-up and compliance
  • Monitor production environments and proactively prioritize, communicate, and help to resolve any operational EDI/ERP process or system issues
  • Monitor daily file flow including troubleshooting errors with customers
  • Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth analysis to appropriate internal resources
  • Engage appropriate business and technical resources to drive remediation efforts
  • Research and communicate root cause analysis for file issues
  • Maintain customer product-mapping files and manage update process
  • Promote awareness and understanding of best practices, policies relative to business applications used to support EDI processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in appropriate systems including ERP and CRM platforms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
What you will need
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years+ of EDI experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with SPS Commerce/GHX EDI VAN providers or comparable platforms
  • Knowledge of EDI sets (850, 855, 810, 856) and trading partnerships (ANSI X12) is preferred
  • Experience in business process related EDI documents related to Finance, Sales, Logistics and Operations
  • Exposure to ERP business applications including Microsoft D365
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in resolving data integrity issues post go-live
  • Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
