Senior Director Of Therapy Program Development

Responsibilities:
Hiring, recruiting, staffing, training and educating staff, Program Development including but not limited to Home Health, Industrial, Transitional Services, Med A and B, In-Home Private Care, palliative, and possibly Addiction Rehabilitation. Examine patients to assess strength, mobility, document examination results, Developing individualized treatment plans, patient outcomes. Provide services that identify, remediate, prevent, and also rehabilitate prolonged or acute physical dysfunction or pain, contributing to case management, and also providing quality patient care positive level of interaction with clients Comply with laws as well as regulations of appropriate state plus federal agencies guidelines Responsible to enhance clientele, improve quality of life. Coordinate and direct policies, objectives and programs. Also work as a physical therapist as needed.
