Summary
SKIMS, a leading fashion label, is seeking a Senior Director of Retail Operations to oversee the strategy, planning and execution of all Retail Operations. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
In this pivotal position, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by developing and executing successful retail strategies that align with the company's overall vision. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, finance and product teams to ensure that the company's retail expansion plans are executed successfully and seamlessly.
As the Senior Director of Retail Operations, you will lead a team of passionate retail professionals, setting clear objectives and delivering exceptional results. You'll have the opportunity to grow within the role, as well as take on additional responsibilities across the wider business function.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing store operations and visual merchandising, identifying market trends, developing sales strategies and managing the P&L. You will collaborate with the CEO, CCO, CFO and other senior leaders to align the company's goals with retail performance.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategies that drive growth and profitability.
You shall oversee all aspects of our Retail Operations, including inventory management, store design and layout, product merchandising, and customer experience.
We expect you to lead a team of Retail managers and associates, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment on company objectives and priorities.
You shall analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making related to product assortment, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.
We expect you to establish high standards for operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
You will develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, regularly reviewing performance against goals and taking action to address variances.
We expect you to stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to improve our Retail Operations.
Requirements
Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all SKIMS stores.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail business, including inventory management, visual merchandising, product development, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines for customer service, store design, and overall customer experience.
Lead a team of district managers, store managers, assistant managers, and associates by providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, e-commerce, and finance to ensure seamless integration between in-store and online experiences.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing markets and new territories.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to make strategic decisions that keep SKIMS at the forefront of the market.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property management companies, and other key stakeholders to negotiate favorable lease terms and drive profitability.
