This role will report to the VP of Operations. As a member of the Ops team, you will be responsible for tackling our biggest challenges, constructing elegant solutions, and successfully executing.
Your duties will include process re-engineering, piloting new capabilities, marketplace assessment, speed and quality tradeoff decisions, partnering closely with product/sales/ops to refine your thought leadership ideas, and constantly unlocking value in the business.
Responsibilities- Lead a rapidly growing organization of 100+ employees responsible for producing Rev's premium service offerings, including P&L management
- Design, implement, and iterate on large scale (100+ employees), multi-step production processes while balancing quality, turnaround time, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement through process improvement, product tooling, and people development
- Design and evolve an organizational structure to create employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Work through your management team to consistently deliver on extremely high, and specific, quality SLAs
- Partner with other functional leaders to deliver on top and bottom line business unit goals - including Legal Vertical Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build new specialized production team(s) from scratch for future vertical-specific offerings
- Lead a customer-centric, high performing, culture
- Develop a deep understanding of our core customers (Court Reporting Agencies) including their needs, processes, and value drivers in order to deliver on those to the highest level
- Using data and observation, identify the highest leverage opportunities to harden critical processes
- Clearly communicate analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decisions throughout the company
- Build and iterate on decision models that continuously improve decisions/actions leading to progressively more robust delivery
- Experience overseeing a large scale hourly, or freelance, workforce
- 10+ years of progressive experience with 3+ in Operations leadership roles
- 5+ years people management experience
- Expertise in process design and implementation to maximize quality and efficiency metrics
- Exceptional nose for value and ability to distill complex information for both presentations and ongoing communication
- A demonstrated ability and desire to think and act like an owner by taking a highly proactive approach to your work
- Passion for solving complex problems
