Job Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is a strategic partner in the development and execution of all digital branding, advertising, and promotions. This position works closely with department heads to support company strategies and core values. The purpose of this role is to increase the company’s visibility, educate members, and increase sales.
We are looking for qualified candidates that are located in Connecticut and who are able to commute to the office in Orange, Connecticut three days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic online initiatives.
- Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness.
- Drive all marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
- Liaise with executive and sales leaders to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies,
- Stay current with emerging opportunities in the Digital Marketing world.
- Communicating the Digital Marketing plan.
- Develop promotions along with advertising managers.
- Build brand awareness, including positioning across all digital channels.
- Coordinate Digital Marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Identify the company’s potential customers.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
- Insurance industry experience a plus.
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
- Understands website metrics and best practices.
- Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
- Good at problem-solving and communication
- Attention to detail.
- Robust copywriting skills
- Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Past work with Digital Marketing forms like content marketing and social media marketing
- Professional work ethic
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
