Job Title:  Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: $77,000 - $96,000 / Annual; Plus bonus eligibility

Summary:  TPI is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to design, create, and execute strategic Digital Marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns that drive website traffic, leads, and sales with an emphasis in acquisition, retention, email marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices across a variety of channels including SEM/SEO, along with tactical execution and experience increasing conversion rates and KPIs for PPC, email, and social advertising. The right candidate will make a big impact on a small entrepreneurial team, with the opportunity for high visibility to senior executives and significant input on all marketing activity.

Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition & Retention:
    • Develop and execute strategic acquisition and retention initiatives across paid and owned channels to create a robust community of dedicated TPI professionals.
    • Develop cross-channel consumer journeys and funnels to achieve specific business objectives (1st time purchase, repeat purchase, membership renewals, on-site action, new product launch activations or profile update).
    • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets, with a specific focus on user acquisition metrics.
    • SEM/Digital Ad Management and Optimization: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (emphasis on Google and Meta) to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
    • SEO: Make decisions for search engine and website optimization to increase traffic and collaborate with others to deploy changes to improve user experience based on analysis of analytics and understanding of the markets and services.
    • ROI Maximization: Scale campaigns intelligently to ensure maximum return on investment while maintaining high-quality engagement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to create persuasive campaign assets, including promotional videos, landing pages, and social media content.
    • Optimizing LinkedIn company page utilizing LinkedIn features to increase brand awareness and community building.

 

  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: 
    • Management and execution of all elements of the email marketing channel including audience segmentation, set up, editing, testing, and deploying of email campaigns through a 3rd party email service provider.
    • Develop and optimize marketing, transaction, workflows, and triggered emails to maximize sales throughout the customer journey.
    • Ensure customer contact information is added to the marketing system in the appropriate list category monthly to ensure accurate lists of customer information for remarketing.
    • A/B testing on campaign tactics to optimize results against KPIs.

 

  • Performance Reporting and Analytics:
    • Establish, measure and report on essential KPIs across digital platforms to assist leadership in making data-driven decisions.
    • Monitoring campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or cost-per-acquisition (CPA), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies.
    • Define customer Lifetime Value for TPI and set up measurement, reporting, and optimization. 

Qualifications: 

  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in Digital Marketing roles.
  • Passion for the game of golf and human performance required. 
  • Deep understanding of acquisition techniques, best practices across all digital channels, marketing measurement, ROAS, and advanced tracking methods.
  • Expert level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing trends and best practices including content strategies, targeting, segmentation.
  • Knowledge of website user experience (UX) principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently, draw conclusions based on data, and exercise oversight over areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to juggle multiple areas of complex responsibility.
  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment a must.
  • Creative and copywriting skills a plus.
