Our Marketing Department is looking to add another full-time Senior Digital Marketerto the team. This candidate should be well-rounded and capable of all aspects of marketing, with a primary focus on digital initiatives. With our main headquarters in NY and additional offices in CA, GA and TX- this hybrid position will be out of the Staten Island, NY location, both in the office and remote.
Position Responsibilities:
- Website Management- Maintain existing website, and regularly create new web pages and on-site blogs, including website content/copy, design and user experience.
- SEO Management- Regularly manage and optimize website for search engines, including keyword research, writing meta descriptions, building links, new strategies, etc.
- Digital Marketing Strategies- Setting goals, maintaining budgets, developing content campaigns to help drive increased sales opportunities.
- Email Marketing- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation software to both our client base and prospect base for increased lead generation.
- Content Writing- Assist with content creation to be used in all digital efforts, and review/edit content provided by the internal and 3rd party marketing teams.
- Digital Reporting- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports that accurately reflect the marketing efforts across all digital channels.
- Team Lead- Manage the 3rd party SEO/PPC digital team, as well as our internal digital team, reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Exceptional communication & writing skills (Webpage copy, blogs, whitepapers etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates have worked in a CMS platform (preferably WordPress) with applied experience both updating existing pages & designing/creating pages from scratch
- Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms and/or email design tools (Eloqua, HubSpot, Act-On etc.)
- Ability to create & edit graphic files using Adobe creative suite
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Creative, Innovative Individual
- Ambitious, Ability to multi-task
