Responsibilities
- Build and maintain visualization and reporting tools
- Produce historical and real-time reports using SQL/NoSQL/NewSQL datasets
- Build back end services for driving analytics front ends
- Experience managing open source application stacks
- Develop framework for automating applicable and repeatable tasks
Qualifications
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling operations and monitoring tools
- Strong Command-Line Unix/Linux experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure equipment, functionality, and operations
- Experienced developing applications in Python, Perl, C, Java
- Experience working with pub/sub architectures and streaming data pipelines.
- Experience with large ETL workloads.
- Experience working with large scale storage systems
- Experience with JavaScript, bootstrap, JQuery, D3, backbone, Angular, Underscore, etc. is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL or distributed database systems is a plus
