Senior Developer (Full Stack Developer)

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Bachelor's degree or six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with React UI, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node JS, J2EE and Java technologies, Spring, SpringBoot, Spring integration, Servlet, Web Services, XML, ReST/JSON
Experience with Application Development using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
Working experience with modular code development, micro services, design pattern and multi-threading
Experience with Junit, Maven, Oracle, UNIX
Experience with IBM Websphere MQ
Experience in cloud computing, rules engine such as DROOLS, caching
Experience with API and backend client/server architecture
Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology
DESIRED SKILLS:
Master's degree.
Experience in articulating the business drives and architectural approach
Demonstrated data-driven mindset and decision making skills.
Experience with order management telecom domain
Experience with AI and Machine Learning.
Experience migrating applications to Cloud.
Experience with SAFe agile framework.

JOB DUTIES:
As a Senior Developer, you will lead the architecture discussions and development of the Enterprise order management systems. You will be leading discussions to elicit business requirements to define and deliver architectural solutions. You will drive the end-to-end process and solution to successfully complete large impactful programs on time with well-managed scopes and costs.
In this role, you'll be providing technical leadership and drive & develop artifacts for large scale enterprise systems, re-usability, modularity, and scalability across the multiple layers and apply architecture patterns and principles.
You will establish relationships and work with onshore and offshore developers independently. You will articulate the problem statement and openly bring up challenges, roadblocks and impediments, negotiate, influence and drive solutions for tactical and strategic enterprise architecture approach and business capabilities.
You'll be leveraging industry trends to drive innovation and solution excellence across various functional domains within the Telecommunication Order Management Space.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Engineering with 6 years of related experience or Masters in Engineering with 4 years of experience.
Technical certificates are a plus.
LOGISTICS:
Shift: Regular 9-5 shift and based on system/release criticality weekend work
