Job Description
As a Senior Designer, specializing in Experience Design, you will develop unique environmental experiences across multiple market segments, project types and geographies. In collaboration with design and construction, you will help drive client's business performance through the development of unique experiences, seeing designs from concept through execution. Responsibilities

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers to support client's goals
• Conduct research for the stakeholders, cultural and physical context of a project and/or client
• Translate research in initial design concepts and collaborate with team to determine execution strategy
• Prepare final documentation and production-ready artwork for 3D/EGD, print, or digital applications
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and other graphic designers across multiple industries
• Work with fabricators to review shop drawings, samples and final installation

Required Skills & Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, environmental design, architecture, visual communication or related field
• 7+ years of experience
• Creative design sense with the ability to integrate brand and architecture
• Detailed oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Ability to understand architectural construction documents, elevations, plans, and shop drawings
• Ability to work independently on projects or as part of a larger team structure
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and client representatives
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
