Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Senior Database Administrator in Jersey City, NJ to install, customize, and tune the Informatica data archiving product and program. Oversee the planning, delivery, and administration of computerized databases. Provide recommendations, guidance, and support to database definition, structure, documentation, requirements, operational guidelines, and data protection. Identify, research, and recommend new technology innovations to develop and optimize performance and accuracy of current databases. Resolve complex risk-impactful issues occurring in the delivery of computerized databases. Develop standards and guidance to ensure database is planned and delivered efficiently and effectively. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related computer field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
