Senior Data Implementation Programmer
Job Purpose:
What does a successful Senior Implementation Programmer do at Fiserv?
The Account Processing Implementations Group within Fiserv is responsible for converting core systems from a financial institution to Fiserv's DNA platform, a real-time account processing platform. The DNA platform helps financial institutions operate more efficiently, capture complete customer relationships, and adapt to changing business needs. As a Senior Data Implementation Programmer for Implementations Development, you will provide support to our Data Conversion team by building and supporting tools used to move source data from donor systems into the DNA Platform, a real-time account processing platform. You will work directly with other developers in the Implementations Development team along with the Data Conversion Programmers and Analysts where you will be a self-starter and have a natural curiosity to learn. You will take on challenges, be a problem solver and drive forward innovations and solutions for Implementations through our data conversion tools.

- Work closely with the internal Implementations team to ensure the on-time delivery and quality implementation of clients onto the DNA system
- Utilize the listed technologies to enhance the team's data conversion tools and have an innovative strategic mind to move the existing tools forward
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' experience with .NET UI development for both desktop and web applications
- 5+ years' experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server database integration
- Highly Proficient SQL skills, Winforms and C# experience
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design and Programming principles
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
What would be great to have:
- Full-Stack software engineer with Python experience
- TFS Code and Work Item repository familiarity
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks on a fast-paced team
- Self-starter and creative problem solver
