Position:Senior Cybersecurity Specialist
Location: Panama City, FL
Position Description:
Advent Services LLC (Advent) is currently seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for a potential contract to provide information technology (IT) maintenance support, information assurance (IA), and cybersecurity support to maintain and achieve Interim Authorization to Operate (IATOs) and Authorization to Operate (ATO) for these weapons, training, and maintenance systems in accordance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Nine (9) years of experience in DoD RMF/IA security compliance policies, programs, processes, and metrics.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Certification.
- Linux+ Certified.
- Certification in Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level Advanced.
Tasks:
- Ability to evaluate new network management technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding the integration of these technologies into the existing network.
- Ability to analyze Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) requirements to determine applicability to existing systems.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Redhat, Debian, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Familiarity with networked systems, maintaining a network switch, and remote updating of those systems.
- Familiarity with Comprehensive Information Technology Inventory (CITI) and making changes to that system.
