CoStar Group is currently looking for an experienced Senior Creative Ad Specialist to be a major contributor to Homes.com. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for a multi-million-dollar paid advertising budget, as a Creative Ad Specialist, you will be central to testing, recommending, and executing text ads along with visually compelling ad types primarily on Google, Bing, and Meta (Facebook) platforms. With a keen eye for ad copy, graphic and visual design, your expertise will translate brand visions into winning ads that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Much of the role will be focused on building out a methodology to ensure that our paid search and display campaigns are always capturing the most qualified eyes and clicks possible. You will be the master of click-through-rate, by continually researching and testing ad headlines, copy, creative assets, and other experience factors.
This position is in Irvine, CA and offers the following hybrid schedule :

  • 4 days onsite, 1 days remote

Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a team, managing in-house creative testing and optimization for paid ads.
  • Understand how the elements of the ad itself affects impressions, CTR and conversion and build a plan to monitor this at scale.
  • QA the creative launch process, ensuring the content is aligned with brand standards and effectively resonates with target audiences.
  • Innovate and test compelling narratives that enhance ad performance and audience engagement.
  • Assist with the design and execution of ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram, emphasizing aesthetic appeal and brand messaging.
  • Regularly analyze campaign metrics, discern trends, and apply actionable insights for continuous enhancement.
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives, focusing on ad designs, narratives, and visual elements to perpetually improve campaign outcomes.
  • Adept understanding of advertising platforms and the capability to harness them creatively.
  • An analytical mindset complemented by a strong aesthetic sensibility, allowing for data-informed ad testing.
  • Stellar communication and organizational prowess.
  • Utilize test and learn strategies to understand and strengthen reach, conversion, and conversion rates.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly creative testing performance reports.
  • Share insights and recommendations to a variety of colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Google and Bing Ads platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Understand the intricacies of all popular ad & campaign types, such as RSAs, DSAs, Display, Performance Max, & Demand Gen.
  • Understand Google Ads Experiments.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing of ads in such a way that performance results can be confidently extracted.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be metrics driven, with solid data analytics skills.
  • Possess the ability to create reports to track, analyze and clearly communicate performance metrics.
  • Able to keep ahead of the latest search industry trends and search platform changes.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with a desire to deliver results.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a paid search agency with direct customer reporting responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, customer segmenting and CRO.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics abilities.

This position offers a base salary range of $71,000 - $128,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
