Senior Corporate Counsel, Buy With Prime

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to support our rapidly growing Buy with Prime business, a new service offering that enables merchants to offer Prime shopping benefits of fast, free delivery and trusted checkout on their own ecommerce stores. You'll be a leader in the legal team that analyzes and advises on a broad range of product and commercial issues, providing day-to-day input on business and strategy. You will work directly with the business, serving as lead counsel on strategic feature launches as well as data handling and privacy issues and initiatives. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and will build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
