We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultantscandidates to join our Healthcare Consulting team in select geographies. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a dynamic practice build that requires entrepreneurial, highly driven individuals with a passion for solving healthcare industry challenges. The roles require industry knowledge, management consulting rigor, as well as operational process and financial performance expertise, to deliver data and analytics-driven results for our clients.

They constantly apply strong financial, operational, technology, analytical, and communication skills to produce meaningful deliverables, findings, and expert reports to support our clients.

The Team and Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a minimum of 1 – 7+ years of work experience delivering Healthcare Consulting, analysis, or business intelligence services from an expert, advisory and/or operational lens, covering a broad spectrum of healthcare organizations (i.e., health systems, payers, physician practices, portfolio companies, legal, etc.) and situations. Educational background and/or experience should include the ability to utilize innovative analytical tools (e.g., Python, BI, SQL, etc.) and business acumen to identify and track trends in data for healthcare clients. The candidate should also have a team-first mindset and be able to integrate into high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to develop dynamic analytical solutions and meet project milestones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contributing on complex Healthcare Consulting engagements
• Interacting with client personnel, including in-person meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
• Preparing and validating data, executing and managing analyses, as well as building and reviewing models and business intelligence dashboards
• Supporting the drafting of expert reports including the analyses and rebuttal of opposing experts’ reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and skills to deliver comprehensive and integrated healthcare solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively
• Perform the day-to-day activities of projects
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis, critical thinking skills, and leverage industry experience on various engagements
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully deliver quality work product within established timeframes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using technology, business intelligence (e.g., Tableau) and automation tools (e.g., Python) to create efficiency and develop dynamic solutions
• Experience managing quantitative analysis leveraging relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the Healthcare Consulting landscape.
• Experience in project management, including overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of Healthcare Consulting projects

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Open to travel as needed, travel requirements will vary based on client needs

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70K - $125K. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
