JOB DESCRIPTION

HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Senior Consultant - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. This role is vital in advancing HealthPartners’ commitment to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. The consultant collaborates with leadership, colleagues, and external partners to drive cultural transformation to ensure that our organization reflects the communities we serve.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles
  • Deep knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and cultural competence.
  • Strong facilitation skills

Hours/Location:

  • M-F: Days
  • May work remotely but will prefer local/regional candidates for occasional onsite meetings.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide consultation to senior leadership to improve workplace culture, develop capabilities, and build engagement around the enterprise’s DEIB priorities, initiatives, and goals.
  • Support current and grow new Colleague Resource Groups by providing guidance and resources to help these groups thrive.
  • Lead the development and design of core DEI trainings delivering best in class learning experiences that increases awareness, understanding and practicing of inclusive behaviors.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on diversity metrics to identify solutions for impacted demographics.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to influence equitable policies, processes, and practices using equity framework.
