The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the construction/development project overseeing the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). The Senior Construction Project Manager oversees multiple projects, which often require several resources and high levels of functional integration. Construction Services provides program management and owner representation for large commercial real estate developments and construction projects.
Essential functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage details of a project to ensure that all action items are accomplished timely and accurately
- Assist in business requirements analysis for critical projects and proactively manage scope, issues and risks.
- Responsible for assembling project team, aligning individuals to roles & responsibilities across all areas impacted by the project including developers, end users, distributors and vendors
- Follow change control procedures effectively
- Estimate work efforts and manage resources accordingly
- Communicate status to all required stakeholders
- Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to require standards and processes
- Remain vigilant in project and time sheet updates and ensure all project team members are logging time appropriately as well
- Lead discussions that are effective and efficient, making sure they stay on track and solution-oriented
Qualifications:
- Education- Bachelor’s in construction management or related field.
- Skills- Working knowledge of user applications such as Microsoft products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Microsoft Project. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills
- Experience- At least five years of Construction Project Management experience
- Certifications- PMP, CCM, LEED preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
