The Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) business is critical to delivering on this mission and vision, building and operating Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, which is growing rapidly in response to unprecedented demand for Microsoft services. CO+I operates one of the largest cloud networks on the planet – comprised of more than 160 Datacenters, 130+ edge sites, 2+ million miles of fiber, and millions of servers and network and storagedevices.
The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team is seeking an Senior Construction EHS Manager to drive value across complex supplier relationships and demonstrated experience in supplier management. Analytical skills, using data to design processes that scale, collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and the drive to continuously improve and achieve business objectives will be critical to success in this role.
- This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
- Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
- This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 25%.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations
OR equivalent experience.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) OR Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designation.
- 6+ years of experience in EHS construction management specific to Data Center Deployment.
- Experience developing and implementing successful safety programs inclusive of OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 12+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience
OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 8+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience
OR equivalent experience.
Internationally recognized safety and health certifications.

Environmental Health & Safety IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
