What you will do:

As our Senior Compliance Education Manager, you will report into the education function within Global Compliance and Privacy. You will develop and execute on the local education plans and programs for multiple US commercial divisions to promote the company’s culture of ethics and integrity and enable an effective global compliance program. Additionally you will:

  • Collaborate with Compliance and business stakeholders to understand and address regional and global education and communication needs.

  • Apply expertise to develop and implement effective regional education plans and content to mitigate risk in high-risk areas, including indirect channel management and ethical business practices.

  • Apply broad functional knowledge and skills to effectively integrate values, procedures, standards, and policies into education and communication materials; actively participates in program design.

  • Apply expertise to deliver training in-person, virtually, or via online platforms.

  • Support and influence global and divisional Indirect Channel Management teams and other functional teams to ensure compliance program and business needs are met.

  • Be responsible for prioritizing multiple issues and coordinating with large project groups to develop solutions to complex problems.

  • Identify and implement best practices.

  • Exercise independent judgment to make decisions of significant impact to the company.

  • Responsible for developing strong relationships throughout multiple businesses to foster a consistent and collaborative approach to proactive compliance.

  • Apply expertise to ensure implementation of an effective compliance program within the area of training and education.

  • Maintain high levels of knowledge of current and emerging laws and regulations and periodically reviews and updates standards relating to compliance.

  • Make recommendations to compliance leadership regarding the design, development or revision, and deployment of corporate and global Compliance Education programs to ensure effectiveness and consistency in content.

  • Collaborate with external partners as needed.

  • Identify and implement program enhancements and develops relevant metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Establish a strong tone at the top and further the department’s strategic priorities.       

  • Effectively interact with leadership and provides direction to less-experienced staff.

  • Demonstrate well-developed ability to identify issues, engage appropriate stakeholders, complete root cause analysis, and assess effectiveness of solution within area of responsibility.

  • Demonstrate professional demeanor and presence. 

  • Effectively inspire, educate, and empower others.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively across multiple regions and functions and to influence without direct authority; ability to take initiative and execute independently

What you need:

  • Undergraduate Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred

  • 10+ years professional experience required, including minimum 2 years in compliance or a regulated industry.

  • Previous experience developing and delivering training to broad audiences. ​

  • Experience with e-learning design software such as Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise, preferred.

  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation (live and virtual) skills.

  • Ability to initiate, embrace, and support change in a dynamic environment. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to oversee complex work, which is well-planned, communicated, and completed with a high level of quality.

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective adult learning and communications principles.

  • $112,800– $239,900salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
