Form of workAs a Senior Compliance Analyst you will assist in implementing, and maintaining Corporate Compliance programs to help ensure conformity and adherence with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. You will enjoy a supportive in-office environment while making recommendations to improve processes and decrease risk to the company.
What Will You Do?
Independently coordinates and/or leads multiple complex assigned areas of responsibility, and serves as Subject Matter Expert for one or more assigned areas of responsibility
Reviews internal processes to ensure compliance with new and/or changing legal/compliance requirements
Assists in all areas as needed, to help ensure that the compliance team is meeting its legal/compliance obligations. Updates manager with status of actions, as needed
Analyzes reports, compiles information and data, prepares correspondence, and participates in special department projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience
Employment law or Human Resources Compliance experience is a plus
Ability to build proactive partnerships
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Quality orientation with high work standards
Adaptability and intellectual curiosity
Creative problem solving; ability to develop creative solutions
Salary for this position can range from $$64,652 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $81,000 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
