Action is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager (Portfolio) to join our Orange County Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the Irvine corporate office.
Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience. Monthly auto allowance and monthly cell phone reimbursement provided.
Job Summary:
Portfolio Community Managers generally manage 4 to 6 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HOA portfolio management experience. More experienced Managers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available for evening Board Meetings
- CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Skills/Qualifications:
- Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
- Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
