Position:Senior Commercialization Scientist

Location:Jacksonville, Florida

Compensation:$100k - $125k + bonus

Requirements:

- MS (preferred) or BS degree in Food Science or related and 4+ one year food/beverage industry experience.

- Demonstrated experience with established food/beverage company (dairy experience is a plus)

- Experienced in commercialization or scale-up of products.

- Preferred experience working with a co-manufacturing network

- Ability to travel 40%-60%

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading the scale-up of new formulations / products.

- Work closely with Supply Chain, QA, R&D, and Sales to ensure customers needs.

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, & priorities.

- Coordinate documentation to ensure smooth commercialization.
