We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Finance Analyst to join the Lodging Commercial Finance Team. In this role, you will work closely with the Media Solutions and Strategy teams and be a key partner to stakeholders driving commercial initiatives.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with prior experience in enabling solid business decisions through financial insights, meaningful analysis, and reporting as well as business partnering with non-finance stakeholders. You will also maintain and evolve financial business models to help visualize key P&L impacts and support decision making process.

What you’ll do:

• Provide analytical support on strategic projects allowing to grow adoption of our Lodging supply and Media Solutions products
• Participate in a variety of strategic projects
• Distil complex financial data into impactful and actionable commercial insights
• Proactively partner with business stakeholders to better understand Risks and Opportunities
• Analyze business trends and investigate variances versus expectations
• Develop financial business cases to support investment decisions
• Contribute to the broader team & cross-functional deliverables

Who you are:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science) or equivalent related professional experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• High level of intellectual curiosity that drives a sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Results-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small
• Well-organized, very independent, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects within challenging timelines
• Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences to drive better decision-making
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willing to learn Tableau, Python

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
