Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior C#/.Net Developer to play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement and development of our CTRM system. This role is perfect for technology enthusiasts with a profound understanding of modern software development practices and a commitment to crafting high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust software solutions for commodity trading and risk management using C# and .NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Implement Domain-Driven Design principles to design resilient and scalable microservices.
- Engage in continuous improvement of our development practices and processes.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, with a focus on C# and the .NET framework/.NET Core.
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Experience with middleware/messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience in CTRM or financial trading platforms is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
