Senior Cnc Machinist (Night Shift) Haas

Summary: Preferred knowledge of HAAS GR's, VF's TM's.Responsible for properly manufacturing various parts by use of pre-generated NC programs that will be uploaded to various CNC machines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Have the knowledge to operate CNC machines with multiple fixture setups and settings.
2. Load and off load parts in between cycles and perform various levels of inspection.
3. Operate CNC machines within the factory parameters in order to produce high quality parts as directed to meet the customers’ requirements.
4. Have the knowledge base to operate 5 axis Rotary table with multiple setups and settings.
5. Take required part measurements as instructed in order to assure Quality Control during the operations stage.
6. Reports any discrepancies in the required measurements and tolerance to management.
7. Prepares each job in accordance with a job order or verbal/written instructions.
8. Moves finished products between stations and shipping area as needed.
9. Prepares finished products for shipment in accordance with company procedures.
10. Operates shop equipment and machinery in accordance with safety requirements.
11. Notifies management of equipment malfunctions, injuries or related occurrences.
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior warehouse/manufacturing or related work experience helpful.
