This is a full-time, remote position with up to 40% travel. This person can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Sr. Client Services Manager is focused on client retention, revenue retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain direct contact with customers after a sale.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially effect service and/or product revenue(s).
- Works with various departments to meet services goals.
- Understanding of our products and how customers utilize them.
- Work closely with clients/customers to ensure they utilize our products to create the most value.
- Point of contact for an assigned customer base. This includes ensuring billing is accurate, provisioning new users, and introducing new product features.
- Schedule and conduct strategic quarterly meetings (onsite or remote) with all clients/customers.

Minimum Education:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- 2+ Years’ experience in Customer Services or related field
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Must be able to work remotely
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Property & Casualty industry experience is a plus.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,059 - $115,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
