Senior Client Services Manager

Company Overview:Job Description :

• Maintain direct contact with customers after a sale.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially effect service and/or product revenue(s).
• Works with various departments to meet services goals.
• Understanding of our products and how customers utilize them.
• Work closely with clients/customers to ensure they utilize our products to create the most value.
• Point of contact for an assigned customer base. This includes ensuring billing is accurate, provisioning new users, and introducing new product features.
• Schedule and conduct strategic quarterly meetings (onsite or remote) with all clients/customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• 2+ Years’ experience in Customer Services or related field
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Must be able to work remotely

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Property & Casualty industry experience is a plus.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,059 - $115,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
