Clarity Pediatrics
Clarity Pediatrics is a multidisciplinary team of child specialists and expert clinical advisors dedicated to improving access to high quality pediatric clinical services for Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child and Family Therapist to join our team to provide high-quality clinical services to parents of school-age children with ADHD. This position primarily involves conducting brief family therapy visits, creating tailored treatment recommendations, and providing follow-up care as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct brief therapy appointments and/or time-limited Behavioral Parent Training therapy with a focus on ADHD and school-age presenting concerns
- Create treatment recommendations tailored for each family's presenting concerns
- Provide follow-up care as indicated, including referring to community providers for additional evaluation and services as needed
- Respond to crisis situations as indicated by best practices in care
- Complete administrative work in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
- Current clinical license to practice independently in the state of CA (e.g. LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- At least 5 years of experience providing clinical services to children with ADHD and their families
- Experience in conducting diagnostic interviews, developing treatment plans, and providing follow-up care
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based interventions for ADHD, such as behavioral parent training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and school personnel
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency
Nice to Have:
- Can deliver therapy in Spanish
- Experience with delivering school psychology services and / or liaising with schools
- Completed both a Clinical Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship focused on serving children and families

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
