Join Brown and Caldwell and be a catalyst for change! We're seeking a dynamic Change Management Leader to champion organizational transformation. In our Strategy and Business Transformation team, you'll play a key role in implementing change practices to achieve our strategic objectives.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

As a Change Management Leader, you'll be pivotal in driving continuous improvement across Brown and Caldwell. Your role focuses on the human aspects of change, including business processes, systems, roles, and structures. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Crafting and implementing creative, multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Managing resistance and developing reinforcement plans in alignment with our corporate strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-departmental leaders and acting as a coach for senior executives, facilitating them in their role as change sponsors.
  • Providing support and coaching across managerial levels during transitions.

While Denver, CO, is our preferred location, we're open to remote arrangements. Please note, no relocation assistance is provided.

Who We Seek:

You're a communication ace with impeccable judgment and a knack for building strong partnerships. With a deep understanding of change dynamics, you customize solutions to meet unique needs. Your agility allows you to shift seamlessly between projects, maintaining focus and effectiveness.

Your Role:

  • Implement structured Change Management methodologies, enhancing our established frameworks.
  • Align with company-wide communications, championing Change Management principles.
  • Collaborate with other change practitioners, supporting organization-wide initiatives.
  • Lead change efforts for key company imperatives, ensuring readiness and proactive issue management.
  • Conduct impact analyses, engage senior leaders, and develop comprehensive change strategies, including risk mitigation and reinforcement plans.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in Change Management with a solid grasp of relevant principles and methodologies.
  • 8-10 years of practical business experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept in various audience engagements.
  • Proficient in project management and influential leadership.
  • Prosci certification or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with consulting or related industries is beneficial.

Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Salary: $126,000 - $172,000
