The Business Operations team plays a pivotal role in this mission and solves some of Credit Karma's most important business problems. Business Operations leads are embedded within our verticals and collaborate with a cross-functional team to lead strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on our business. We drive operational discipline and clarity on performance to make verticals & Credit Karma successful at achieving our objectives. We're looking for a Senior Analyst to partner with our Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Home Loans verticals. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to help drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
What you'll do:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, understand and report on key business drivers, and deliver insights using rigorous analyses
- Contribute to defining business strategy and identifying key priorities that deliver on company goals
- Support the creation of materials and content for an executive and company-wide audiences
- Contribute to ongoing decisions related to business performance health and headcount management
- Partner with leaders across the organization to assist with the development of business cases and operational roadmaps
- Facilitate alignment by summarizing differing opinions, moving conversations forward, and clarifying ambiguous situations
- Deliver and communicate regular insights into industry trends and competitor landscape to company and vertical leadership teams
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities to leverage the platform, learnings from other verticals, strategic partnerships and acquisitions to grow the business. In the event of an acquisition in the vertical, assist with due diligence, development of investment materials and drive acquisition integration
- The role is highly cross-functional, which means you get to work with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Engineering
- You'll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the future of the Credit Karma product
- You'll get to work on Credit Karma's fastest growing business units and have an outsized impact on its long-term trajectory
- Your work will help us design better products, improve user experience, and inform overall business performance
- 3+ years of total work experience, 2+ years of which in management consulting, investment banking, Business Operations, corporate strategy or finance
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and the Google Doc suite. Experience working with SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to gather information, solve conceptual problems, and drive cross-functional execution
- Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across formats (email, slides, dashboards)
- Comfort working on multiple high-priority projects concurrently, including with limited time and data
- Proactive and passionate self-starting general athlete with bias towards action paired with strong organizational and documentation skills

It's all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $108,220 - $134,310, plus equity and benefits.
