We reserve the Friday of every Planning Week for a self-directed Learning Day. Over the 4 Execution Weeks, we have regular stand-ups and a mid-sprint demo. Projects will vary sprint to sprint among building derived datasets, conducting analysis, and pushing learnings to customers.
About the team
Since founding as a central analytics team in Jun-2021, we have primarily focused on building out experience-specific 'Source of Truth' (SoT) datasets and automated reporting while supporting general business needs and operations. Today, we own ~100 SoT datasets consumed by 250+ unique teams and ~40 self-service dashboards/gits/reports. Over the next three years, we will invest in our existing foundation and leverage tech advancements to drive down the time required to build/update datasets and provide general business support while raising the bar; and we will reinvest savings into enabling greater self-service insights and delivering actionable analysis.
