- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience

Games Finance Analytics team is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join our team. As a BIE, you will partner with other engineers on the team to develop best-in-class Business Intelligence solutions at scale. You will work with structured datasets to develop KPIs and provide insights.
Key job responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Engineer on our team, you will work on the cutting-edge data architecture and reporting that powers Cognitive tools and informs data-backed decision-making.
- You will develop an understanding of the association between business processes and data
- You will consult with technical leads to understand customer needs and define analytical requirements
- You will design structured, multi-sourced datasets designed to deliver results
- You will be required to design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale
- You will own the maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, and dashboards
- You will communicate verbally or in writing to business customers / leadership to sharing insights and recommendations
- Use technical expertise to suggest ways to improve processes and incorporate operational excellence best practices
- Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer business questions and drive business decisions
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Improve the Knowledge management environment by creating technical documentation / working papers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,600/year in our highest geographic market.
