Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (preferrably based in California or NY area) to lead our sales initiatives and drive significant growth. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and high-level client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the signage or related industry.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience working for GEMINI Inc. or similar companies in the signage industry.
