Our Ad Sales Team is looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and driving sales.

What your day looks like:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams available to Frndly TV with DSPs, Agencies. Brands and Demand Partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the streaming TV industry.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with ad operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on Business Development strategies and goals.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure deals align with the company's values and long-term objectives.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development and sales in CTV and/or digital media including negotiation of PMP and PG deals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and ad tech.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Programmatic experience at a publisher, DSP, SSP or agency
  • Strong relationships at DSPs, Agencies and/or Brands
  • Experience working with senior level executives
  • Able to travel as needed

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted from $90,000.00- $130,000.00.

Additional Compensation: Potential yearly bonus & equity grant (final pay determination will be based on experience)
