Responsibilities:

• Liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.
• Contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
• Leads and coordinates with various peer teams and project stakeholders to deliver successful applications and enhancements to features.
• Solve the highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate with external parties as needed.
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a SME in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree is required.
• Prefer Master's degree.
• 8+ years of experience delivering technology solutions for financial services industry.
• 5+ years financial services with Agile SDLC BA experience and has completed a full project in one of the following domains: (Data Privacy/Cross Border Data Transfers OR GRC/Risk and Controls Framework)
• Good understanding of Data Privacy/Cross Border Data Transfers and/or GRC/Risk and Controls Framework.
• Comprehensive experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development methodology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology.
