We are looking for a Senior BSA Analystresponsible for specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- The Bank Secrecy Act Senior Analyst assists in implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program.
- This position performs various quality control reviews and monitoring in the area of Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Customer Identification Program compliance using industry standard and regulatory guidance sampling methods to ensure the Bank's compliance efforts are maintained.
- Advises the Bank Secrecy Act Officer of emerging compliance issues and provides assistance in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
- Assists Management in ensuring department activities run smoothly and efficiently by providing training and regulatory guidance within the Bank as directed by the Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
- The position of Bank Secrecy Act Senior Analyst is required to be fully knowledgeable of the Bank's BSA/AML, OFAC, and CIP policies and procedures for compliance.
- High School diploma or GED and at least three years of direct BSA experience. Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
- Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry.
- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in progressively responsible bank administration, management and supervisory activities.
- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in all operational and lending activities and terminology.
- Advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank operational policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services.
- Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
