Join Campbell's Soup Company as a Senior Brand Manager for the Snacks Division. Embark on an electrifying journey of snack innovation and culinary excellence! We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to take charge of brands within our snack's portfolio, featuring iconic brands like Goldfish, Cape Cod chips, Kettle Brand potato chips, Lance crackers, Late July tortilla chips, Milano cookies, Pretzel Crips and many more!

Principal Accountabilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Develop a deep understanding of macro trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities within the category.
  • Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Team to align marketing objectives with content and activities across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, traditional media, and PR.
  • Business Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Lead the analysis of market share, competitive positioning, and factors driving consumption. Monitor performance against established business objectives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting: Manage monthly consumption analysis and volume forecasting, working closely with demand planning and sales strategy teams. Identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure the annual operating plan is met.
  • Category Innovation Pipeline: Develop a pipeline of category innovations, which could include new product formats, line extensions, and renovations. Lead cross-functional teams through the stages of concept development, stage gating, and commercialization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, insights, finance, supply chain, R&D, and other teams to ensure successful execution of plans. Develop compelling sell-in stories and materials to engage key stakeholders.
  • Consumer Insights and Learning: Partner with consumer insights to address strategic knowledge gaps and create learning plans that inform decision-making.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Responsible for managing the P&L and identifying opportunities to improve margins while driving business growth.
  • Team Management and Development: Manage and mentor Associate Brand Manager(s) and/or Brand Manager(s) based on the organizational structure. Support team members across different categories or marketing projects when necessary.

Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in consumer marketing, brand management, strategic marketing, and project management. Relevant industry experience, preferable in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.
  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving an exceeding strategic business goals.
  • Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, IRI Unify, Nielsen & SPINS.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
