HSBC’s Commercial Banking (“CMB”) business is looking to add an energetic and driven individual to join the business. The new Associate Relationship Manager (“ARM”) will be a crucial member of our team, helping to meet the unique needs of our international clients that hold revenues between ~$75mm and over $5bn.
The role will be performed from the bank’s offices in Southern California.
As our Senior Associate Relationship Manager you will:
- Work closely with our Global Relationship Managers (“GRM’s”) in;
- Develop the bank’s relationships with existing and prospective new customers
- Prepare and present sales pitch materials
- Provide outstanding client service
- Coordinate with internal colleagues, including product partners & credit managers
- Research prospective clients, markets & sectors
- Effectively managing credit, operational, regulatory and other risks
- Ensure the bank maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain outstanding data quality in the bank’s internal systems
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $110,700 and $166,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
