About You
As a Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs at Nutrafol, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day regulatory compliance in an exciting, growing company. In support of the growing platform of products and formats spanning the business portfolios, you will bring experience in the cosmetic topical products category and have knowledge of regulatory processes and procedures. This experience will enable Nutrafol to continue growing as a competitive and agile business in the categories it operates within, enabling speed to market and competitive product claims within globally regulated industry segments.
This role will support the strategic internal and external-facing connections and industry organizations, ensuring Nutrafol's position as the industry leader in this area. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs, and will be responsible for executing end-to-end regulatory support that will help grow and protect the business.

The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 USD

About You

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily regulatory support to the business to deliver key organizational goals and strategies
- Actively engage with a dynamic cross-functional team to ensure compliance of raw materials, formulas, finished products, labeling and advertising, e-commerce, social media, and other areas
- Critically analyze data in support of ingredient validation and formula compliance
- Implement Regulatory Affairs strategies, policies, and objectives in accordance with Company strategic plans
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate regulatory deadlines are being met to ensure end-to-end regulatory compliance for the business
- Maintain expertise as a recognized, knowledgeable professional who provides sound regulatory guidance to support innovative science-based product development and maintenance of the current portfolio
- Keep abreast of compliance developments and changes (e.g., MoCRA, CA SB54)
- Support with regulatory work on dietary supplements as needed
- Create and update RA Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct US topical/cosmetics/personal care products regulatory experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, science, nutrition, food science, chemistry, or related field
- Knowledge and experience in FDA, cGMP standards, and applicable laws and regulations
- Hands-on experience executing regulatory compliance for a broad portfolio of topical/cosmetics/personal care products or related products
- Applied technical knowledge to ensure product safety and regulatory standards are met throughout the product life cycle
- Effective organization and prioritization skills with the ability to execute independently and complete multiple projects in an agile environment
- Strong communication and effective collaboration skills across internal and external audiences
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Experience in supplements, foods, and/or OTCs
