Senior Associate, Marketing & Public Relations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The REMOTE Senior Associate, Marketing and Public Relations assists the Public Relations and Communications (PRC) team with tactical and administrative support to meet the promotional needs of BAYADA Home Health Care’s clients and stakeholders. The Senior Associate is responsible for the creation of marketing and Public Relations assets to support recruiting and client growth campaigns, as well as BAYADA’s thought leadership strategy. This position is a mid-level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
• Four (4) year college degree.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience with growing responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing content, video scripts, web content, and newsletters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to track, measure, and report on marketing and Public Relations campaigns.
• Able to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Detail-oriented; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize.
• Experience with design thinking skills (problem identification, root cause analysis, brainstorming, and journey mapping).
• Displays strong customer service skills.
• Sustained knowledge of traditional and digital media.
• Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency and/or interest in digital marketing and social media management.
• Understand the services BAYADA provides to its clients and the differences among them.
• Competence in PC skills required to perform job functions, plus proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
• Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
• Understanding of BAYADA specialty practices and marketing capabilities.
• Manage execution of marketing and Public Relations (PR) strategy, including tactical project management of employee recruitment, retention, and new client acquisition campaigns; assist in regularly collating and graphically reporting on campaign results.
• Manage the creation of user documentation, process diagrams, and training materials.
• Support projects across the marketing organization.
• Gain knowledge of various aspects of the organization through training, hands-on learning, cross-training, and site visits.
• Apply and enhance brand and editorial standards in all marketing assets.
• Assist colleagues in the execution of multichannel marketing and PR capabilities, including social media marketing/advertising, lead generation, content marketing, brand management, and thought leadership to drive conversions and measurable impact on business goals.
• Oversee reporting, analysis, and project management tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, creative services, and digital marketing to support strategic marketing plans.
• Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
• Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor
